Problem Note 40122: Run-time exceptions in SASĀ® Real-Time Decision Manager might cause the user log to be turned off
Run-time exceptions that occur while SAS Real-Time Decision Manager is sending user log information to the SAS server unexpectedly cause the user log to be turned off. However, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager continues to run. No errors from this occurrence are reported in any logs.
Other exceptions, such as those that occur when SAS Real-Time Decision Manager processes a transaction or performs computations, do not cause this problem.
